Seller financing mostly depends on what the seller is comfortable with and seller financing is not always available. If seller is open to financing a portion of the purchase price it will most likely require a minimum of 30-50% down at close. If seller financing is not available buyer can get a loan from a credit union or private money lender which can be used for the purchase of real estate or business.
